The file Notice.txt had its location changed, moving from the Util folder to the Message folder, and three sections were created, one for each language.

The file Message.txt was placed inside the Message folder and was replicated in 3 languages.

All the texts from the files in the folders MuServer/GameServer/Data and MuServer/GameServerCS/Data have been removed and added to MuServer/Data/Message/Message\_...txt.

New Text Line 863 in Message\_...txt New Text Lines 901 \~ 944 in Message\_...txt.

All LOG folders have been redirected to the LogFolder folder and reorganized.
